As a leader within the company, I recognized an opportunity to enhance the company's brand to align more effectively with the talent and skills of our team. I successfully advocated for changes aimed at improving client acquisition and reflecting our team's capabilities. I firmly believed that reevaluating our brand and enhancing its visual identity would more effectively showcase our skills, as our previous branding fell short in this regard. Together with the leadership team and the marketing department, I initiated a transformation process that involved revising our brand guidelines, creating a new set of illustrations, and redesigning our website.

Brand Opportunity

While conducting an audit of the brand's assets, significant gaps and inconsistencies were identified, both in terms of visuals and content. This presented us with an opportunity to strategically reevaluate the hierarchy of messaging, enhance the user experience, and refine the visual representation of our brand.

The goal

To establish a unified visual identity and raise the brand's profile to better align with the creative expertise of our team and the work it produces, we embarked on a journey of reevaluating our brand guidelines. This involved adapting to new guidelines and the creation of a dynamic illustration library that would infuse vitality into all our deliverables.
