Collaborating closely with multiple teams at The Brand Factory, I played a pivotal role in shaping the identity of a new condominium project under the guidance of the Creative Director. From crafting compelling broker brochures to designing eye-catching outdoor signage and dynamic marketing assets spanning email campaigns to social media advertisements. Working in tandem with print production companies, I ensured the seamless creation of brochures, while also collaborating closely with the social media team to develop and deploy effective paid ad campaigns.
